Sony Classical releases a brand-new album paying tribute to iconic composer JAMES HORNER<\/span><\/strong> (1953-2015)<\/strong>, available everywhere now<\/a> just days ahead of what would have been the celebrated musician’s 65th<\/sup> birthday on August 14.   <\/p>\n

The Classics<\/em> is an all-new collection showcasing Horner’s greatest works from Titanic, Avatar, Troy<\/em> and Braveheart<\/em>, to name a few. The vivid collection of back-to-back blockbuster hits brings together Horner’s unmistakeable movie themes, re-imagined in arrangements especially written for some of our top musicians including internet sensations, THE PIANO GUYS<\/strong>; cello wizards, 2CELLOS<\/strong> and TINA<\/strong> GUO<\/strong>; outstanding guitarist, CRAIG<\/strong> OGDEN<\/strong>; Classic BRIT Award-winning saxophonist, AMY<\/strong> DICKSON<\/strong> together with leading harpist, LAVINIA<\/strong> MEIJER<\/strong>; acclaimed violinist, LINDSEY<\/strong> STIRLING<\/strong> and exceptional piano discovery, ALEXIS<\/strong> FFRENCH<\/strong>.
