I look forward to working with\nthem and the talented team they have built around the world as we advance Sony\nMusic\u2019s industry leadership and success in support of its iconic roster of\nartists.\u201d&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Collins joins Sony Music from IMAX, where she served as\nGlobal Head of Communications for its two publicly traded companies \u2013 IMAX\nCorporation and IMAX China \u2013 overseeing all media relations functions for the\nworld leader in immersive entertainment technology. Previously, she spent\nnearly seven years in Corporate Communications and Marketing for NBCUniversal,\nleading internal and external communications and experiential marketing for the\nCompany\u2019s advertising sales business and its Owned Television Stations division\nof 40 NBC and Telemundo stations across the country. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to that role, she was Vice President of Corporate\nCommunications and Marketing at Warner Music Group for eight years where she\nwas a strategic communications point person for the company\u2019s recorded music,\nmusic publishing, and music distribution businesses, as well as its public\npolicy initiatives.&nbsp; She helped coordinate the company\u2019s messaging and\ncommunications approach as it navigated the new digital era and during its\nsuccessful 2005 IPO. She spent the early part of her career with the Recording\nIndustry Association of America.
